1 Week trip needs advice 7/21 - 7/29
Hello,
This is my first time posting and will be my first time hiking in the whites.
My wife and I have planned a week long hike from 7/21 to 7/29. We will be following the AT from the Liberty Spring Trail Head to Pickham Notch.
I am wondering if this itinerary is a good one. We are both in above average physical shape and are used to 15 mile days on normal terrain.
I have a few questions.
1. Is there a food drop along this route without having to hike the extra miles to Highland center?
2. From Garfield Ridge Camp is there a back country site on the way to Highland that is past Guyot, maybe on Avalon or A-Z trails?
3. Does the trip look fine they way it is, and which parts could pose a problem for us?
4. When we run into back weather we will be leaving the ridges and hiking below treeline to our next site. How frequent are back country sites?

Garfield Ridge Trail to Garfieild Ridge Camp Spur - 3.9 Miles - 2 hr 25 min
Spur to Campsite
Total Miles = 8 miles
Total Time = 5 hr 15 min book time

Garfield Ridge Camp Site to Guyout Camp Site
Garfield Ridge Trail to Twinway Trail - 2.7 Miles - 700 ft - 1 hr 45 min
Twinway Trail to Mount Guyout/ Bondcliff Tail - 2.8 Miles - 1350 ft - 2 hr 5 min
Bondcliff Trail to Guyout Camp Site - .3 Miles - 15 min
(Side Hikes here to West Bond, Mt Bond, and Bondcliff. These have some of the best view of the Whites ? 4.4 miles round trip)
Total Miles - 4.8 miles
Total Time - 4 hr 5 min

Bondcliff Trail to Twinway Trail - .3 Miles - 15 min
Twinway Trail to Ethan Pond Trail - 4.4 Miles - 2 hr 35 min
(Don't Take Zeacliff it is MUCH harder and takes much longer)
Ethan Pond Trail to Ethan Pond Camp Site - 4.6 Miles - 2 hr 20 min
Total Miles - 9.3 Miles
Total Time - 5 hr 10 min
