I put out a bus bin and filled it with water. The baby raccoons love it. Just a second before I had my camera ready, this little guy's sibling was all the way in the bin splashing around like a little kid. Unfortunately I missed that shot.

Perhaps you could put a pump in there and turn it into a Jacuzzi for them. I'm sure they'd love it!
