Autumn is magical, and it seems to last but a brief moment, whereas other seasons seem to last much longer.

Anyway . . . I particularly love your first photo with the reflection of the moose in the pond.

Thank you Patrick for sharing your magical moments with us!

These guys are truly majestic! No matter how many times I see your photos Patrick I will continue to be amazed. We've go plans to be back in NH and VT at least 3-4 more times this fall and I'm really hoping that we're finally going to break the "moose repellent" jinx.

    Keep close to Nature's heart...
and break clear away, once in awhile,
and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods.

I'm sure you have heard of Moose Alley at the tip of Route 3. It's a bit of a drive, but I think only once have we been let down and came back without seeing at least one.

I never want to see a day
    That's over forty degrees
    I'd rather have it thirty,
Twenty, ten, five and let it freeeeEEEEEEeeze!

I've been lucky lots of times on the Kancamagus to see them.
