The ISS flies over at 8:07pm tonight

Last night I saw it and the shuttle Discovery cruise by, pretty cool

You were lucky to see the double flyby. I watch the ISS nearly every time it flies over this area, but have never been fortunate enough to see both after the Shuttle separates. Unfortunely, it was cloudy last night too.
I did get to see the ISS and the ATV last year I think it was. That was cool to see the ATV racing to catch up with the ISS.
