Trip from Late September
Taken from Adams summit a few days earlier; believe this leads to the old slide trail. We are going to try and find that old trail on another trip.

About 90 minutes later we would be concerned for our life; pouring rain, high winds, and mixed ice left us miserable on "The Cornice" trail attempting to skirt Jefferson. Never, ever, ever take the cornice trail in bad weather just go over the top and hope for the best!!!!
