    Default Disappointment defined.

Disappointment is when you hike all the way up to Marienbruecke behind Neuschwanstein Castle to get a nice shot of it, only to discover two-thirds of the castle is covered in scaffolding.

Got some other good pics, though. I'll post them when I have a better connection and more time.

The picture perspective is classic. The scaffolding, not so much.

Off to Passau and the Oberpfalz today.

I visited there in 2006. While the outside is very impressive, I was more impressed by the interior woodwork, especially the doors.

It's a beautiful shot that you took, even with the scaffolding.

Anyone recognize this shot? Note the MWObs vests. Sarah and I had a great day for travel. We're in Salzburg tonight and for the next couple days. What a fabulous area. More detailed pics when I get back.

Nice! Gonna have to look at the webcam images and see if you're there. The vests are a nice touch too.
