I bought a pair of Manzella Power Stretch inner gloves a couple of years ago and they've been my favorite ever since. Great for less cold weather and good grip on poles and using a camera. I carry both a pair of fleece mittens and a pair of waterproof over gloves as an outer layer. Not as warm as a good triple layer system but fine for the kind of temps we get out in.
