My wife and I are heading up to NH next Friday the 13th. Lucky day right. We try to make a nice 3 day weekend of camping and hiking up to the summit of Mt Washington each year around Veterans day. We are both vets. I retired from the Air Force about 10 years ago and my wife is still in service active duty in the NJ Air National Gaurd. This will be our third year in a row. We spend two nights at the shelters at Hermit lake. That makes it a pretty easy weekend and vary enjoyable.

Looking at the web cams looks pretty tame this year at least snow wise. Anyone been on Tuckerman's trail in the last few days. Probably going to leave my double boots home this year.
