I didn't take too many "quality" photos, photographically speaking, in 2009, but here's a few nice memories:

A little hike with my son on a warm fall day to the top of a nice local crag:

My wife and I on the same crag on her birthday:

While not a hike per-say, and not outdoors per-say, it was a journey through nature... A little spelunking:

Trying out the new pack for the many hiking trips planned for next year:

I never want to see a day
    That's over forty degrees

Here are some of my personal favorites from this year, in no particular order...

Fishing on the flats in the Florida Keys.

I like this one primarily because of the lightning in the distance.

    Paddling through the marsh.

A winter sunrise at the beach.

    Marty on the cog tracks.

Sandpipers (?) sleeping on the beach.

A nice day on the summit.

    Early morning on the summit.

Taken from about 10' away while stand-up paddleboarding.

All excellent pictures everybody. I especially like the shot with the lightning in it Ed. How many shots did it take to get that one.

There are a couple dozen pictures of that same storm/scene, but only one has the lightning.
