His dedication is the extreme part here. Can you imagine what it took to convince him he had to go way up there on his time off and take pictures of stuff in the cold that will be there next summer on a nice day?

This was a great opportunity to spend some time on my week off on the summit with old friends, and I was glad to help the observatory with their stock archive. I've never shot assignment before, and rarely people, so this was a challenge. I'm thrilled with some of the shots.
Before going up the mountain, I spend the day with Ed on sunday, and got a number of other shots I'll post in a few days...
