Morning Summit Crew ~
I've been using Ryan's November letter to Santa as a guide to gather some treats for both shifts. Before I get carried away and get items that you may not enjoy, I thought I'd reach out via the forum to see if there is anything either shift would like.

So far I have candy/gum, office supplies and of course some toys for you to play with. Can I get some feedback on what you're looking for with the foam sporting equipment.

I'm planning on bringing everything up at the end of June (which is just round the corner). It's cheaper than mailing it since it's already a bit heavy. I haven't even added candles yet. PM works if you don't want to use the forum. Hope someone will help me carry everything in when I get there

I think you're making a joke about the bribery but, I'm not sure since there aren't any smiley faces in your reply?

Do they accept bribes? I think not, I'm simply trying to show my gratitude for the three times a year I use their forecasts to plan a trip North and sometimes North East .

The only thing I've ever wanted was a tour and I believe as a MWO member, I get a free tour of the weather station by a member of the summit crew. Perhaps in June when someone helps me carry the boxes of treats in, they will give me that tour. I just hope the weather station is the same thing as the weather room.

Are you aware of the mobile MWO web site? It is a reduced function site that works well on most mobile phones. You can check summit conditions, the weather conditions, forecasts and the web cameras all from your phone. It is at http://m.mwobs.org

And an Observatory summit tour is far more than just the Weather room! It covers lots of stuff and is very cool on a nice windy day. I will not spoil your fun by saying what it includes.

I was not aware of that. What I am aware of and have used is, the MW phone # then option 1. Works just fine for my needs. The earlier the update the earlier my day can start.
