    Sigh.

Last night ( Saturday 10/23) at 9:30 PM Summit Caretaker found 3 " hikers" helping themselves in the Summit Cafeteria kitchen. How did they get in through locked doors?

Today 10/24 , 3 more " hikers" arrived shortly after noon, with one of the party " sufferin' too hard to go down".

Hey, we can talk about it all we want, but all the talk in the world doesn't seem to stem the tide.

On the fun side today, I got to talk to a couple of college kids doing a photo project for college credit. Their mission was to haul a trailer ( with 2 brand snow machines) UP the Auto Road to above the snow line, drive both snow machines out onto snow, and create "adventure advertising" photo material. For College Credit.

Sheesh. What is the internet for, anyway?
