Sunrise this morning was clear and it had a nice glow. Got these shots of Mt Washington from here in Maine.
And yesterday I ducked down to Nubble Light to get the lighthouse at sunset.

Great pics Brad. A very beautiful Christmas morning on the summit indeed. I still continue to be amazed by the shots of Mt Washington from ME. Looks like you've managed to move it into your back yard. The shot of Nubble Light is great too. Love seeing it decked out for the holidays.

Busy day at the feeder in the backyard. Need an air traffic controller.

Nice pics, Brad. How far are you actually from Mt. Washington? Have you ever taken a pic from the summit looking back towards your lake house?
Always surprised at how close Mt. Washington really is to the state border. Great shots, Brad! I couldn't stop checking the webcams all day...they make me so jealous on days like today.
I just checked my topo software and it is 30.66 miles from the cabin to PNVC - that is as the crow flies or as the camera sees. The photo with the island and frozen lake is 32.76 miles from where I was standing to the summit of Mt Washington. In NH there always seems to be mountains in the way of a good view of MW. From Maine there are fantastic views all over the place.

Very nice! Seeing that is a good way to start the day.
