    Default Mt Wash Observatory Stamp

I am trying to find the Mt Wash Obseratory stamp that was printed, I believe, in 2006 on a sheet of 40 stamps titled 'Superlatives'.

A friend had contacted the Observatory by eMail, and learned the above.

If anyone can direct me to a source from which I can purchase, I'd be eternally grateful.

If they are still in print you'll find them there. Otherwise checkout Ebay. You should be able to find that series with a small premium on face value.

Ahh, good ol' eBay. Is there anything (legal or non) one can't find on eBay?

Or you could try me, a postal worker, if you can't find one anywhere else. I think you're going to have to buy the whole sheet of 40 whether you want them all or not. If you can't get one on usps.com, let me know, I'm sure we still have the sheets in our PO. You may be interested in a sheet of Cloudscapes too, or, maybe not.

The cloudscape sheet is a great collection. I bought it when they first came out and think they are fantastic. Maybe an idea is a sheet for the Presidential Range or the high peaks in the Northeast, just a thought. But I do like the cloudscape ones.

I checked the USPS web site and the stamps were not there. Here is a link to stamp information

I asked about the stamps at our local post office here in Bridgton, Maine this morning. None in stock. He mentioned a couple of local stamp collectors. Here is a link to Western Mountain Stamp and Coin - http://www.wmscnet.com/

There is a stamp store in Auburn Maine at http://www.mestampshoppe.com/

One of these sources might have some still.
