I will be in my kilt attire Dave. How about you? Can't wait to see everybody.
Hello Brad ~
When you say you emailed the nearby store manager, do you mean in Ma or for the N Conway gig? I'd be happy to reach out to the local store manager but, it looks like the closest EMS store to me is in Foxboro and there is a rather large football game going on tomorrow.
I can call them tomorrow morning and see if the store manager is working if not I'll try him/her again on Monday to let them know were are getting together and would love it if someone from their store could join us.
Thoughts?

Update:
I just called the store in Foxboro and left a message for the manager. The person who took my call already knew about your email Brad. Hoping the manager calls me back tomorrow but, it will probable be after kickoff.
It get kinda busy before a Pats Game.

Any one know where I can get a Kilt for our get together resonably around Ct. There used to be a store in Bartlett, The Scottish Lion. I found their web site but I would need to trade in my climbing boots to afford one. Also are people not of Irish or Scottish decent alowed to wear one
For the other event in N Conway I went into the store and met the Assistant Manager. For this event I sent an email to the email address on the Facebook Fan Page for the EMS-Foxboro store. It sounds like they got it. We have a bit more time on the Franklin event to get this set up. After this game is over maybe one of you could touch base back with them to explain who we are and what we are doing.

You could try Amerikilt. They are online and out of Pa. Dave Brown has a few of theirs and I ordered one for Christmas but it came in the wrong color and they will be sending me the right color as soon as it made. They are only 98.00 plus shipping. I also have a Utilikilt and the quality is far better than A/K but they are also very expensive. As far as not being Scottish or anything to wear one. I am French/ Portugese and I am proud to wear them. So yes go for it and if you hike in it you will NEVER wear pants hiking again. Good luck.
Yes, I have my attire picked out and it does include a Kilt. Just not certain what to wear underneath.
