How about late afternoon on Sunday, Jan 30th? If this is good for several folks, lets pick a place to meet - for drinks - or for dinner. Suggestions? Feedback?

I am good with that day. Anybody else?? Also can anybody recommend a good place where a bunch of us can meet?
This get together is open to very active Forum members - infrequent posters - lurkers - lovers of Mt Washington - members of the Observatory and those who want to be members. That should include just about anyone.

I will have to pass on this MA/RI meeting. We will be up the previous weekend, and it will be hard to bounce back up there the for 30th. I look forward to seeing a nice group photo though.![]()

I never want to see a day
That's over forty degrees
I'd rather have it thirty,
Twenty, ten, five and let it freeeeEEEEEEeeze!

Would be a great Birthday present for me hanging with the forum / obs folk. Not sure what location your looking at but let me throw out chandlers resteraunt at the yankee candle company in Deerfield Mass. Easy to get to from all areas of New england and also for us lower folk who live down below. Just a thought. Chandlers does have a very nice meeting room in the back. The room is actually the wine storage room which is rather cool.
That looks like a nice location and place to eat. I was assuming something to the east of there to make it closer to cape Cod and RI folks. But, if we expand our thoughts to include NY and NJ folks this could be a good spot. Chris, Karen, Mark - how would this location work for a meet up and dinner?

Another suggestion came in for The Lafayette House http://www.lafayettehouse.com at Foxborough. Check the Tavern Menu - the regular dinner is very expensive. Anyone been there - or other suggestions?
