Lots of good choices now. The casinos are good. My brother-in-law is a Mohegan tribal member so we've spent quite a bit of time at Mohegan Sun. A lot of good restaurants and good buffet. Same's true for Foxwoods. Not sure about reservations and best times based on the size of the crowd we wind up with but should be easy to check.

I do like the sound of British Beer Co. Any place with bangers and mash is good with me!

You're definitely right about Go Fish Kathy. It's the first place that came to mind when I mentioned Mystic (although there are other good choices as well). We've never had anything but great meals there and like you said the chowder is AWESOME.

So many choices. This may call for multiple meet-ups!

Someone needs to take charge here. We have several excellent options between the Foxboro area and Mystic.

Okay - I propose we meet at the Beer place for our meeting in January. Then we plan, maybe for the end of March, for another meeting in Mystic.

A proposal is on the table.

We have gotten a good reaction on the British Beer Company in Franklin, Mass for January 30th. Lets pick a meeting time of 5:00 PM so folks who will be driving a distance will have a chance of getting home at a reasonable hour.

I'm in North Providence, not sure if I'll be home that weekend or skiing in the North Country, if home, I'd consider coming as I would like to meet some of the people that I have posted with in the past.
