So they were calming a weak La Nina year, but the set up doesn't quite seem right with the textbook definition of it. However, the effects of heavy snow in the sierras / Pacific NW seems to be holding up, and we're milder that last year down here in FL which would be consistent with the pretty Latina..... so what's your ideas on the verdict for spring?

Does this snow keep coming, will late March / early April be more like February??????
