Default Presidential Range as seen from Little Mt. Deception

Shown below is a photo of the Presidential Range which was taken on 23-March-2011 from Little Mount Deception. This is a 2,400(+) ft peak at the southwest end of the Dartmouth Range. A half-century or so ago, there used to be a hiking trail to this little peak. However, today it is basically a bushwhack, although some traces of the old trail corridor are still evident.

For anyone who might be interested, my BLOG includes some additional narrative about my trek, plus a couple more snapshots.

WOW!!! Hard to believe the color of that sky (and that beautiful angle on the mountains).

I ran into the blog right after you started and immediately became a follower. Nice!
