    Looks like several on the deck enjoying the late afternoon calm weather...still cold, but I guess it's all relative.

    Default Cold?

    I would love to be up there these past few days. Perfect weather. Fifteen with no wind is balmy. Shorts and t-shirt weather. Maryland must be closer to the equator than I thought.

    I will be going to the top on the morning of 3/19, Nice weather would be great, however I would not mind some good wind!

    Will you be staying at the Observatory for the night? I ask because I will be climbing on 3/19 as well.

    No, I will not be staying for the night, day trip only. I will be going up with Jim Gagne, a person well known I believe to some members of the summit Staff. Jim Gagne last year completed his quest to climb the highest summits of all seven continents. He sumited Mount Everest last year.

    I will be staying the night & I'm hoping that the weather will be calm and clear.
