Looks that way according to the National Weather Service Forecast. Today, tomorrow, tomorrow night, and Wednesday all have the tropical storm conditions icon up for the top bar of the forecast page.

Today: Tropical storm conditions possible. Snow before 8am, then rain and snow between 8am and 2pm, then rain likely, possibly mixed with snow and sleet after 2pm. High near 35. Southeast wind 30 to 40 mph, with gusts as high as 60 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow and sleet accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Tonight: A chance of rain or freezing rain before 2am, then a chance of rain showers between 2am and 5am, then a chance of rain and snow showers after 5am. Cloudy, with a low around 25. Windy, with a west wind between 28 and 30 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
