Trouble Viewing MWOBS Premium Content?
Has anyone had trouble viewing the premium content after logging in? For myself, I am able to log in, but then after trying to view, say the latest obscast, it tells me to log in or join. I am a member and already logged in. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. Thanks!

That didn't work. I couldn't view the Obscast last month either. I may have to have my account looked at.

After seeing this post, I thought I would check it out. I'm having the same issues. I can sign in, but cannot view any premium content. This must be fairly widespread.

Are you still experiencing an issue? I haven't had a problem since first trying a couple of hours ago.

Yes, still cannot view the Obscast. I get the message below. And when I click on one the the current video links, I am redirected back to the main Premium Content page.
The Mount Washington ObsCast is only available to current members of the Mount Washington Observatory. If you are not yet a member, visit our membership center to join.
Non-members are welcome to browse the ObsCast archive. However, only these six sample videos are available for viewing by non-members.
If you are a member and unable to play all videos, please sign into your MWO Web Account, then revisit this page.

Hummm... Just viewed current ObsCasts without an issue. Can you click on the My Web Account link atop the main MWOBS page, then on the Sign Out button. Next, proceed to sign back in right on the same page which should now have a sign in box.
Note that if you enter the wrong username or password and see a page with purple boxes, click on the My Web Account link atop the page once again, and sign in only on the My Web Account page. If you use the purple box page to sign in, you will not have premium content privileges.

Robert, followed your instructions, and still cannot view any premium content. Also tried viewing the WindSwept issues, and still the same result.
