As we came out of the last ACC Womens basketball game of the day (UNC beat Maryland) the moon went completely dark. As we drove back east on I-40 towards Raleigh we had the moon re-appearing straight in front of us the whole way. Almost completely clear skies.Originally Posted by Bill O

Thats cool. Here in Florida we were in and out of the clouds so much it was hard to really enjoy it. Hopefully our skies will be clear on August 28th but I don't think we will see the whole thing on the east coast.
