The Twins and Galehead are certainly one of the best hikes in the Whites. We'll always remember that hike since we "hit" the moose after hiking those summits last September with Mark and Nat.

I couldn't agree more! But I think I might leave off Galehead when I return in the future.
I remember reading your account from the Twins...a memorable trip for sure!
