Default a wonderful day in the forest of the Sandwich Range

listen to a cow moose call a mate in the early morning...
    http://s96.photobucket.com/albums/l1...ps3933407b.mp4

I went up to see the cow moose...she already has a 4 month old calf from this season...

she got the attention of one young bull, who slowly made his way into the area, perhaps a bit confused by seeing me...

up on the summit of First Sister of Chocorua, it was a magical morning with a beautiful undercast that gradually gave way, alowing the higher summits to poke through like islands on a sea of clouds...then the sky was clear blue above, allowing the sun to create a beautiful rainbow in the valley below...just so amazing...

    happy trails

I never want to see a day
    That's over forty degrees
    I'd rather have it thirty,
Twenty, ten, five and let it freeeeEEEEEEeeze!

I totally agree with SnowMiser, your photos are really missed.

The rainbow is amamzing and somehow I doubt the moose was confused by seeing Uncle Patrick.
