Ok, it's not Mt Washington, but you have to admit, a "cano-cam" is still pretty wild (and while St. Helens doesn't have the worlds worst weather, they do have seismic activity!)

I used to follow that one quite regularly. Mainly back in October 2004 when it was erupting.
Interest usually fades in the winter when the mountain is fogged most of the time.
Is the lava dome still growing at its rapid pace?
Why does the cam look so blurry, like it's out of focus??

Not sure when you were looking. In low light conditions it tends to get blurry, just like the MWO cams. There could have been something on the lens. I saw a big spider yesterday.Originally Posted by WSR88D
I'm looking right now and it doesn't look very crisp. It could be because the cam is 5 miles away.
It looks a little bit better today but still blurry. Also it looks to be quite hazy there.

Trust me, it looks better in person. Webcam from my family's farm in Vermont. The dandelion bloom only lasts a few days.

Brings back memories of my youth. Our elementary school close to my house had a huge mowed field next to it and every spring it would be dressed in yellow.
