change the page amount

can some one change the amount of posts per page .

on some other forums that i use there is 25 to 30 post per page

its nice when looking at the hole thread that you do not have to keep jumping pages.

Yes. User Control Panel under "Edit Options," towards the bottom.

Each user gets to set it, I can't change it for you.

It seems in the forums that it makes a new page every few posts, is there some way you can lengthen each page. Gets annoying having to change pages all the time. Does anyone else think this?

I just set my option to show 40 posts, as Bill describes above, and it works fine here.

that was an old post before i knew how to change things now i think i have 40 post per page also

It is a much better setting, rather than having to "turn the page" all the time.

Just a side note, the Firefox browser has an add-on that allows this option for mostly any website.
