Mount Washington Observatory observers have been taking hourly weather observations from our mountain top station since 1932, and we have digitized our records back to 1935. The digital data records are currently undergoing a thorough quality assurance check; not all data are available at this time. If you are interested in any data prior to 1949, please email for details as this time period is currently undergoing quality assurance.
If you are interested in requesting Mount Washington summit weather data during 1949-present, first check availability.
The cost of data is determined on a case by case basis. In general, payment is required for requests from private companies and individuals for personal reasons.
Once you have identified the data you want to request, please complete the following form. We will respond to you via email, typically within 2-3 weeks.
